What is this awesomeness: Tree Things

Wow, I don't know how these happened but they're awesome. To create an organic life form that is human form, but made of living tree.... wow.

I believe the body is a book. It is the most complex and magical creation we can ever fathom in this life, which we continue creating every day and which, with a keen eye, unfolds into vast and endless layers of meaning and complexities, simplicities, connectivities, that are always interrelated and always corresponding in new and intricate ways. I think that we have to learn to read ourselves, and thence can read the world around us in deeper and more profound ways. My project is going to have something to do with this- actually a lot to do with the human as a book, which filters all experiences and readings from the outside world into an internal landscape that is rich and tactile in feeling, though invisible. I want to make these things visible. I want to really delve into this translation of internal to the readable in tactile ways, as we experience them in real life.
